  6. Journaling – This is vital to knowing where you are for the day, like I said in number 5 you need to know that you are burning more than you’re taking in. Many practical ways to do this are smart phones as well as websites like Dailyburn make it easy for you to know where you stand.

If you’re looking for the quickest way to lose weight in a week, stick with the above.
