Whether you want to lose weight quickly or at a normal pace you need to apply the same simple weight loss principles. Losing weight is all about basic math. - Exercising to burn fat is the fastest way to melt the fat off. When you are doing your cardio workout keep your heart rate lower than it is in a typical cardio workout. Most cardio equipment has a heart rate monitor built in and a chart or calculator to keep your heart rate in the fat burn zone. There is some debate on this topic.
- Building muscle burns fat. I’m not saying that you need to become a bodybuilder. Muscle burns fat while being built as well as simply having muscle. This is why men tend to lose weight faster than women; they just have more muscle than women.
- Eating to boost your metabolism is an important step to lose weight quickly. This is done by eating more throughout the day. What I mean by that is you eat smaller snacks 4 – 6 times per day. Also taper off your carbs through the day with the last 2 – 3 meals without any carbs.
- Last thing to help you lose weight quick, shift your food towards the natural. The more natural food you can get into your diet the better. The highly processed foods over time are hard on your body, you were not designed to eat partially hydrogenated high fructose modified anything. So the less you do the healthier you will be.
