One of the main goals of this website is too give you all the tools you need on your quest to total body fitness. Make no mistake about it; this is most certainly a quest full of temptation, weakness, negativity, laziness and thoughts of quitting. These are just some of the things that you must be aware that are awaiting you. This does not mean that you should expect them but just be ready to respond if or when they show up. On the other hand, you will find fulfillment, exhilaration, personal satisfaction, strength, success and motivation.

I don’t want to just give you some weight loss tips that put you on your way to full body fitness, but to help you smash through barriers that have held you back in the past. Whatever your goal I want you to believe that you can achieve the level of body fitness you seek, and hopefully exceed it. In many cases we set too low of goals for ourselves. I know there are some of us that do indeed shoot for the stars and that’s good but you must make certain that it is an attainable goal. Don’t get me wrong though, set high goals, but be realistic about them. For example, a woman who is 6 feet tall can’t ever be 100lbs, and if she is it’s an unhealthy situation.

It doesn’t matter if you’re using your home gym fitness equipment or spending money monthly on a gym membership along with a personal trainer, if you don’t have the motivation to do what needs to be done, you’re not going to accomplish a thing.

Here are a few tips to help you achieve your goals.

  • Write your goal down. Pretty simple and its true writing down your goal gives you an exact destination to work from. It’s like taking a road trip with no map and if you don’t know where you’re going any road will take you there. Be specific also with your desired weights and dates.
  • Set smaller short term goals. This will give you small tastes of success, which spur you on to further achievement.
  • Begin with the end in mind. This simply means that you need to see yourself how you want to look and doing the things you want to be able to do.
  • Review your progress. I suggest linking up with like-minded people with similar goals to help keep each other accountable and motivated.
  • Motivate yourself. Henry David Thoreau said it best, “do the thing and you will have the power”. This simple statement means you are the motivator. Whatever it is you aren’t feeling motivated to do, if you just get up and do it you will have the motivation. There will be days when you won’t feel like working out, but if you just do it you will feel so much better about yourself, both physically and emotionally.

These tips can be applied to any area of life to get more of what you want. Believe that you will achieve that hot fitness body, and you will as long as you don’t give up.
