Nutrition – Keeping up on your vitamins and minerals will ensure that your body gets what it needs to burn efficiently. Also increasing your fiber intake as high as you can will lead you to faster weight loss.

Water – You need lots of water to lose weight, get off the the old eight glasses per day stuff, you need one liter per fifty pounds of body weight per day, increase that by one or two liters on intense workout days.
