		<description>I think before taking on a new diet, even a vegetarian one, consult a physician and research. A lot of people miss some vital foods and it could prove detrimental. Vegetables are great because they are so filling and allow the stomach to believe that it is full. Even on a low carb meal, you also get the same problem of needing to eat within a certain time because your body uses the energy up quickly from the carbs.

By the way, I work as a virtual assistant of The Healthy Moms ( http://www.thehealthymoms.net ), the site is fairly new and I thought I would drop by some mom and health related sites to spread the word.</description>
