We all are looking for the fastest way to solve and fix our problems, myself included.  There are just some things we don’t want to wait for and I would think there is something seriously wrong with you if you were purposefully prolonging your pain.  Maybe you are just a go-getter that just can’t think of wasting any time unnecessarily.  Whatever the reason for looking for fast weight loss diets, I understand there are things that come up and you have a very limited period of time in order to whip yourself into shape.

The best fast weight loss diet plan is one that is balanced and won’t leave you deficient in anyway.  The diet I have used and highly recommend for fast weight loss is pretty much a vegetarian diet. But, like I said before, you don’t want to cause any deficiencies.  So if you are taking a protein supplement, keep on it.  If you’re not taking a protein supplement, get on one now.  Have you ever known of a fat vegetarian? If you have, the odds are, they were living off of corn chips, Doritos, and vegetable pizza. This will go against much of the weight loss tips you have heard or probably ever will hear about a diet for fast weight loss.  I would not recommend this if it were unhealthy and it didn’t work.   I can even imagine one day you will see on the evening news of some study done by some doctor at XYZ University finding that an all natural food is the ideal diet for your body.

Keep in mind, I am NOT a vegetarian, but I do think it’s the best way to reduce your caloric intake without leaving you feeling hungry.  If you do decide to follow the vegetarian route, make sure you’re picking out fresh ingredients that are not man made.   And just like most weight loss diets you will be eating more often throughout the day.  When eating vegetables and fruits you will more than likely get hungry sooner so you will need to eat a minimum or every two hours.  I don’t advise going more than 3.5 hours between meals, because your body will digest it faster.  For every meal eat one vegetable and one fruit.  Stir fry’s are a great way to work in some of those vegetables you may not like but need.  At least two of these “meals” you need to remove the fruit and replace it with a protein shake.

This is the best fast weight loss diet, because you get everything your body needs and you melt fat off fast.
